Image generation, sounds like something from Star Trek, probably the holodeck. Great fun. Who could resist lolcats! The hard thing is finding a way to use these generators in a manner that is both innovative and useful, yet doesn't lose advantage of the convenience they represent.

Hey, I really like the Post-it. I clicked on it to follow the link and make one myself but I'm obviously missing a vital bit of info because I've made it but don't know how to stick it on top of an existing pic. Can you direct me to some good instructions ... or make your own Post-It in Plain English video for YouTube?

Apparently one can't embed images in blogger comments.
Ramona, yeah - thats what i was hoping to illustrate, the effect of combining different applications.
In this case i've just slapped the postit on a couple of images i've got from the Commons, and mulched together on Photoshop Elements.
Either way what i've done is basic stuff - mostly copy & paste - but you do have to have some sort of image manipulation software in place.
Unfortunately we don't have Photoshop at work, but there's probably some microsoftinthehead equivalent on most pcs. Or you could try one of these.
Ubercat, re no comments in blog. yeah, you'd think at least they could do thumbnails. Esp as they can do video.
